【摘要】 从国内外建筑节能趋势及发展现状入手,选择某个具有代表性的公共建筑——医院为调查研究的对象,实际调查审计了该医院在运行中的建筑能耗值;根据调查审计结果,分析医院建筑能耗构成和特点及高能耗产生的原因,并根据该医院所在地及自身特点,结合综合节能的思想,从节能改造内容、流程、成本控制等方面提出具体有效的节能措施,达到节能的目的,并给同类大型建筑节能问题提供理论方法和手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the domestic and international building energy-saving trend and the present development,a representative public building is selected——a hospital for investigation and audit,then audited actually the hospital building energy consumption.Based on the result of the investigation,it is analyzed the composition and features of the hospital building energy consumption,and the reason of high energy consumption.According to the hospital located and itself characteristics,combining the thought of comprehensive building energy-saving,reformcontents of building energy-saving,process,and the cost control etc,it is also put forward the energy-saving measures to attain the purpose of energy-saving,which provides theoretic method and measures for similar large buildings.更多还原
