采用导电滚动触头的隔离开关过热故障分析
Analysis of Overheating Fault of Electric Rolling-contact-type Isolator
【摘要】 针对近几年蒙西500 kV电网中发生的多起由于使用导电滚动触头的隔离开关引起隔离开关局部过热事故,笔者进行了研究,发现风沙气候与隔离开关关节座的特殊结构是引起该结构隔离开关过热故障的主要原因,提出采用金属导电带、更换隔离开关拐臂滚轮材质及更改滚动触头结构的解决方案,并对用于蒙西及西北等类似风沙自然环境地区的隔离开关设计及使用提出了建议。实际应用表明,改造后设备温度一直保持正常水平,该结构隔离开关过热问题从根本上得到了解决。
【Abstract】 In recent years,many accidents have happened on the 500 kV power networks in Western Inner Mongolia due to overheating of electric rolling-contact-type isolator.Wind-sand weather and special structure of knuckle assembly are found the main reasons for inducing overheating fault of this type of isolator.Solutions are put forward,which include using conducting metal belt,replacing material of knuckle roller,and modifying structure of rolling-contact assembly.Moreover,some suggestions are proposed for design and application of the isolators in Western Inner Mongolia and Northwestern China which have similar natural wind-sand weather.
