酸功能化聚醚离子液体催化合成乙酸松油酯的研究

【摘要】 制备和表征了酸功能化聚醚离子液体1-(3-磺酸)丙基-3-聚氧乙烯醚基咪唑磷酸二氢盐-[HSO3-(CH2)3-im-(CH2CH2O)nH]H2PO4,并用于催化合成乙酸松油酯的反应,考察了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比和催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响。在n(松油醇)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶1.5,松油醇5.1 g、离子液体1.5 g、反应温度40℃和反应时间8 h条件下,松油醇转化率超过99.5%,乙酸松油酯的选择性为87.8%;并对离子液体的重复使用性能进行了考察,表明离子液体不经处理直接重复使用6次后,松油醇的转化率为99.4%,乙酸松油酯的选择性为88.3%,具有较好的重复使用性能。

【Abstract】 An acidic functional polyether ionic liquid,1-(3-sulfonic group)propyl-3-polyoxyethyleneimidazole dihydrogen phosphate([HSO3-(CH2)3-im-(CH2CH2O)nH]H2PO4),was synthesized and used to catalyze the esterification of terpineol with acetic anhydride.The effects of reaction condition,i.e.,reaction temperature,reaction time,n(terpineol)∶n(acetic anhydride) and amount of acidic functional ionic liquid,were investigated.The optimum condition for the esterification was obtained as follows: n(terpineol)∶n(acetic anhydride)=1∶1.5,terpineol 5.1 g,ionic liquid 1.5 g,reaction temperature 40 ℃,reaction time 8 h.Terpineol conversion of over 99.5% and selectivity to terpinyl acetate of 87.8 % were obtained under the optimum condition.Recyclability of the ionic liquid was also investigated.Terpineol conversion of 99.4% and the selectivity to terpinyl acetate of 88.3% were attainable after the ionic liquid was used for six times.
