丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸复合金属氧化物催化剂的研究
Development of a metal oxides catalyst for selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种MoVTeNbO复合金属氧化物催化剂,考察了反应温度、空速、原料气比例和原料中水蒸汽等工艺条件对丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸催化性能的影响。结果发现,用溶胶-凝胶法制备的复合金属氧化物催化剂前驱体,当反应温度为400℃、空速1 800 h-1、原料气n(C3H6)∶n(O2)∶n(Ar)∶n(H2O)=4.4∶12.8∶36.9∶15.3时,表现出很好的丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸催化性能,丙烷转化率、丙烯酸选择性和丙烯酸的收率分别为60%、49.9%和30%。
【Abstract】 A MoVTeNbO catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and effects of reaction temperature,GHSV,feed proportion and water content in the feed on behaviors of the catalyst for selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid were investigated.The results showed that the precursor prepared under reaction temperature 400 ℃,GHSV 1 800 h-1 and n(C3H6)∶n(O2) ∶n(Ar) ∶n(H2O)=4.4∶12.8∶36.9∶15.3 exhibited good catalytic activity,with propane conversion of 60%,selectivity to acrylic acid of 49.9% and yield of acrylic acid of 30%.
