广西护理人员职业枯竭状况调查分析
Analysis of the situation and features of job burnout from nurses in Guangxi
【摘要】 目的分析广西护理人员的职业枯竭状况及其特征。方法采用多阶段按比例分层整群系统抽样法,使用自编的职业枯竭量表对2759名护理人员进行问卷调查。采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果学历越高的护理人员去人性化和低成就感因子分越高。一级医院护理人员的情绪衰竭因子分和职业枯竭总分最低,三级医院护理人员的各项分值均为最高。护龄≤10年的护理人员情绪衰竭因子分最低。内外妇儿科护理人员情绪衰竭、去人性化、低成就感因子分和职业枯竭总分均显著高于其他科室护理人员。结论受教育程度、医院等级、护龄、不同科室的护理人员职业枯竭状况存在差异。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the situation and features of job burnout of nurses in Guangxi. Methods By means of many phases stratified cluster system sampling, a survey of job burnout including 2579 nurses was made . All of the data were dealt with by the software SPSS 13.0. Results The higher the education level of nurses, the higher of the scores of emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment they obtained. The nurses working in the first class hospital had the lowest scores of emotional exhaustion and the lowest total score of job burnout. The nurses working in the third class hospital had the highest score. Nurses whose length of service was less than or equalled to ten years had the lowest score of emotional exhaustion .The nurses in the departments of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology, and pediatrics had higher scores of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization,and reduced personal accomplishment and their total scores of job burnout were higher than those of the nurses in other departments.Conclusion Factors including educational level, the scale of hospital, length of service, marital status and working in different departments were influencing factors of job burnout of nurses .
