2005年广西食源性沙门氏菌污染监测分析
Analysis of contamination status of foodborne salmonella surveillance within Guangxi Province in 2005
【摘要】 目的了解广西境内食源性沙门氏菌在食品中污染状况,为食源性沙门氏菌的控制与干预提供依据。方法依据《中华人民共和国国家标准食品卫生微生物学检验方法》(GB/T4789.4-2003)和国家食源性疾病监测网监测方案。结果从682份样品中分离出73株15种血清型的沙门氏菌,分离率为10.85%,全部来自生畜(禽)肉,其中南宁市和桂林市各个监测点的分离率达到20.68%和20.51%。23种抗生素药敏试验结果显示除头孢孟多(CFM)、头孢曲松(CRO)、头孢吡肟(CPM)、头孢西丁(FOX)、美洛培南(MFM)、氨曲南(ATM)、阿米卡星(AMK)、卡那霉素(KAN)和妥布霉素(TOB)9种抗生素完全敏感外,均出现耐药或多重耐药,耐药株数达71.23%,对四环素(TET)和强力霉素(DOX)的耐药率达到58.90%和43.83%。结论生畜(禽)肉中的沙门氏菌检出率较高,且血清型多态性,抗生素呈多重耐药趋势,值得关注。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate contamination status of food by Salmonella in Guangxi Province in order to provide scientific basis for further control and intervention.Methods ’State Standard of the People’s Republic of China-Microbiological examination of food hygiene’(GB/T 4789.4--2003)and the scheme of Chinese National Foodborne Disease Surveillance Network were used.Results 73 strains of salmonella which included 15 serotypes were identified from 682 food samples.And the isolating rate was 10.85%,particularly in two cities of Nanning and Guiling,the isolating rates were 20.68% and 20.51% respectively.All salmonella strains were isolated from two food categories:poultry and livestock.Susceptibility test showed that all stains which were sensitive to antibiotics of cefamandole(CFM),ceftriaxone(CRO),cefepime(CPM),cefoxitin(FOX),meropenem(MFM),aztreonam(ATM),amikacin(AMK),kanamycin(KAN)and tobramycin(TOB)were single or multiple antimicrobiol resistants.The strains resisting to tetracycline(TET)were 58.90% and doxycycline(DOX)43.83%.Conclusion The food of poultry and livestock which were contaminated by Salmonella were highly.And foodborne Salmonella within Guangxi Province existing multiple antimicrobiol resistant should be paid high attention to.
