地聚合物胶凝材料的组成设计和结构特征

【摘要】 采用正交设计方法,对影响地聚合物合成的3个关键配比参数:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3),n(M2O)/n(Al2O3)和n(H2O)/n(M2O)进行了优选和优化。优选出Na地聚合物的最佳配比为:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=4.5,n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)=0.8,n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=5.0。对地聚合物硬化体结构特征、主要组成元素Si,Al的配位状态进行了研究。结果表明:地聚物硬化体中Al元素主要以4配位态形式存在。而Si元素主要以SiQ4(4Al),SiQ4(2Al)形式存在。最后,根据核磁共振谱的测试结果并结合相同化学组成的沸石的空间构型,利用数理统计理论建立了地聚合物的分子结构模型。

【Abstract】 Under the guidance of the design principle,three key parameters that greatly influence the synthesis of geopolymeric binder:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3),n(M2O)/n(Al2O3) and n(H2O)/n(M2O),were systematically investigated in accordance with the orthogonal design method.The optimum mixture proportion for geopolymeric binder was obtained:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=4.5,n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)=0.8 and n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=5.0.Additionally,the microstructure and the coordination status of the main building elements (Si and Al) of the hardened geopolymeric paste was further characterized.The results show that in the hardened geopolymeric paste,the Al element is mainly in a 4-fold coordination status and the Si element is in the SiQ4(4Al) and SiQ4(2Al) status.Finally,a molecular structural model was also established by using a statistical theory based on the configuration of the zeolite with similar chemical compositions and the decomposition of the magic angle spinning-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MAS-NMR) spectrum of the hardened geopolymeric paste.
