蓝色发光材料Sr2Al6O11:Eu2+的微波合成及性能

【摘要】 在微波场作用下快速合成了蓝色发光材料Sr2Al6O11:Eu2+。由X射线衍射分析样品的晶相,扫描电镜观测晶体形貌。结果表明:产品为正交晶系,Pnnm空间群,a=2.191 827nm,b=0.840 857nm,c=0.488 175nm。产物主要为直径为200nm左右,长度约在1~2mm的棒状晶体,其间混有少量球状晶体。激发和发射谱均为宽带谱,主发射峰位于462nm处附近,半高宽为64nm,Eu2+在Sr2Al6O11基质中存在2个发光中心,经Gaussian曲线拟合,其2个分量分别位于456.7nm和483.4 nm处,与高温固相反应法合成的样品相比,这两个峰发生蓝移。随Eu2+掺量的增大,2个发光中心的发光强度同时先增强后减弱,Eu2+的掺量为0.1 mol时发光最强。

【Abstract】 Blue luminescent material of SrAl2O11:Eu2+ was synthesized by the microwave radiation method.The crystal composition and crystal shape of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the synthe- sized sample is an orthorhombic system,Pnnm space group (α=2.191 827 nm,b=0.840 857 nm and c=0.488 175 nm).Most of the samples are stick-shaped crystals 200 nm in diameter and 1-2 mm in length;furthermore,a few ball-shaped crystals were mixed in with them.The excitation and emission spectra of the SrAl2O11:Eu2+ exhibite broadband peaks,and the main emission peak is located at 462 nm,with the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 64nm.Eu2+ has two luminescence centers,and the peaks of Eu2+ are located at 456.7 nm and 483.4 nm with the Gaussian curve fit method.The positions of the two peaks are blue-shifted by contrast with the high-temperature solid reaction method.With the increase of the doping concentration of Eu2+,the strength of the emission peaks of the two centers increased first and decreased later.When the doping amount of Eu2+ was 0.1 (in mole) the luminescent strength is the greatest.
