低氮气压力下燃烧合成α-Si3N4粉体
COMBUSTION SYNTHESIS OF α-Si3N4 AT LOWER N2 PRESSURE
【摘要】 采用机械活化的方式对原料粉体进行高能机械研磨预处理,随后在较低氮气压力下进行自蔓延高温燃烧合成反应,并对合成产品进行了X射线衍射分析和扫描电镜观察。研究表明:经机械化学活化处理的原料粉体,在低于3MPa氮气压力下燃烧合成产物主相为α-Si3N4;产物中α-Si3N4的质量分数大于90%,产物的粒度为亚微米级,粉末形貌为近球形。
【Abstract】 High-energy mechanical milling was used to pre-treat a reactant mixture, and then the combustion synthesis of α-Si3N4 powders was accomplished at a nitrogen pressure lower than 3 MPa. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the synthesized product was composed mainly of α-Si3N4 with a mass fraction over 90%. The scanning electronic microscopy observation shows that the combustion-synthesized α-Si3N4 powders were submicron-sized particles with spherical morphologies.
