【摘要】 广西北部湾经济区作为一个新兴的开发地区,如何建立合理的财政政策体系、发挥公共财政的带动作用,是其加快发展的重要议题。本文从经济区发展现状和开发建设战略部署分析着手,提出经济区财政支持政策的基本原则与整体思路,认为建立健全财政协调机制、加大财政对区域融合的支持力度、优化财政政策保障体系是经济区开发建设的基本财政政策选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to build reasonable financial policy system and play a driving role of public finance is an important issue to Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,a new development area.Starting with analyzing current status and strategic deployment,this article proposed fundamental principles and overall ideas of financial support to the economic zone.It’s deemed that the basic financial policy selections include establishment and improvement of financial coordination mechanism,increase of financial support to regional integration,and optimization of financial policy security system.更多还原
