【Abstract】 Immuno-gold(GRA-Au complexes) electron microscopy cytochemistry techniques were used to study the localization of S-protein in the pollen tube of 1/2 style site of Cirus grandis var.Shatinyu Hort.3 days after self-pollination.The result of immuno-gold label showed that S-protein was distributed in endoplasmic reticulum,cytoplasm and the cell fiber wall in proper order.更多还原
