罗汉果的毛细管电泳指纹图谱研究
Fingerprint of Siraitia grosvenorii by Capillary Electrophoresis
【摘要】 采用毛细管电泳法,紫外检测波长203 nm,运行电压20 kV,温度20℃,以60 mmol/L硼砂和40mmol/L硼酸(pH10.5)的含有13 mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和15%乙腈溶液为背景电解质进行指纹图谱研究,建立了罗汉果的毛细管电泳指纹图谱(CEFP)。以槲皮素为内标,确定共有峰为26个,并对不同批次、不同品种和不同储存时间罗汉果的CEFP进行了比较。该方法具有操作简单,稳定性及重现性好,可用于罗汉果药材的质量控制。
【Abstract】 The capillary electrophoresis fingerprint(CEFP) of Siraitia grosvenorii was established to evaluate Siraitia Grosvenorii quality,with the detection wavelength of 203 nm,applied voltage of 20 kV and detection temperature of 20 ℃.The 60 mmol/L sodium borate solution and 40 mmol/L boric acid solution(adjusted to pH 10.5) containing 13 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS) and 15% acetonitrile were used as background electrolyte(BGE).26 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprints of Siraitia grosvenorii,and the quercetin was selected as the reference peak.The method presented has good precision,repetition and stability,which can be used for the quality monitoring of Siraitia grosvenorii medicine.
