【Abstract】 The development of mass higher education never intends to give up elite education,which is to be protected even more.Mass instruction and elite education are two educating types in the large-scaled education stage within the same system.It is a reasonable choice to lay equal stress on both in the era of knowledge economy,technological development and educational innovation.China’s institutions of higher learning can be divided into five categories,each of which has their own social adaptation and development direction.The institutions for elite education need to have a scientific and perfect mechanism for selecting and enrolling elite talents.It is necessary to innovate modes for training elites and focus on personality cultivation,teaching them according to their abilities.更多还原
