【Abstract】 In order to increase the successful rate and quality of differentiation,different sections of Auricularia polytricha were isolated.The results showed that the fruiting bodies of the mycelium in different sections have different growth rate and vigor in the same medium.The mycelium,which was isolated from the tissues that the distances is 13cm from the subadult fruiting bodies to the base had high growth rate and grew luxuriously.更多还原
