【摘要】 在广西2处网箱和2处池塘发病斑点叉尾鮰中分离到4株呈β溶血的革兰氏阴性杆菌,经细菌形态、培养特征、生理生化特性鉴定3株为钻鱼爱德华氏菌、1株为迟钝爱德华氏菌,通过PCR检测、PCR产物核苷酸序列测序及Blast比对,进一步确定3株为钻鱼爱德华氏菌、1株为迟钝爱德华氏菌;致病性试验结果显示,这4株分离菌株具有较强的致病性,能引起斑点叉尾鮰发生爱德华氏菌病;药敏试验结果显示,4株分离菌株对氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、氟哌酸等高度敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four pathogenic bacterial strains which are gram-negative bacillus with β-hemolysis,were isolated from the sick channel catfish of two net-cages and two pond-breeding fish farms in Guangxi.Among them,three stains were Edwardsiella ictalur and one was Edwardsiella tarda based on the morphology of bacteria,cultural performances,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and the same result was determined by PCR diagnosis,sequencing and NCB I Blast.The pathogenicity test results showed that four isolated strains had strong pathogenicity and could introduce Edwardsiella disease.The drug sensitivity results showed that four isolated strains were highly sensitive to ofloxacin,chloramphenicol,florfenicol and norfloxacin,etc.更多还原
