【Abstract】 By using Con A-Sepharose 4B and Sephadex G-100,pigeon pea lectin can be separated and purified.Instead of pigeon pea lectin,it was other mixture adsorbed by Con A-Sepharose 4B,and pigeon pea lectin outflowed with other mixture,follow separated and purificated through Sephadex G-100 with an efficiency of 7.8% and 1280 times of erythrocytes agglutination efficiency value to that of raw pigeon pea lectin.更多还原
