CO2法合成六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的工艺研究
Study on synthesis process of hexamethylene diisocyanate with CO2 method
【摘要】 将氨基甲酸酯阴离子与脱水剂邻磺基苯甲酸酐(SBA)进行反应合成了六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI),考察了脱水剂用量、反应温度、反应压力和反应时间对反应产率的影响,并对该产物的结构用FT-IR和折光率等进行了表征。实验结果表明,HDI合成的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度-10℃,压力0.55 MPa,时间60 min,n(脱水剂)∶n(己二胺)=2∶1。
【Abstract】 The hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) was synthesized by reaction between urethane anion and 2-sulfobenzoic anhydride(SBA) as dehydration agent.The influence of dehydration agent content,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and reaction time on reaction yield were reviewed.The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and the refractive index.The experimental results showed that optimal process conditions of HDI synthesis were: reaction temperature at-10 ℃,the pressure at 0.55 MPa,time at 60 min,molar ratio of SBA and 1,6-hexanediamine at 2∶1.
