【摘要】 在后腹腔镜下,对7例肿瘤患者进行单纯肾脏切除手术,其中5例手术获得成功,2例中转开放手术。后腹腔镜肾切除手术时间为120~180min,平均140min,术中及术后均未输血,术中出血100~200ml,术后住院6~7天。手术成功的5例中,有1例术中胸膜破裂,鼓肺下腹腔镜修补后继续完成手术。后腹腔镜肾切除术是一种安全、有效的手术方法,具有损伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点,有良好的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed on 7 patients(2 cases of renal cell carcinoma,5 cases of non functioning calculous kidney) from June 2006 to October 2007.5 patients kidney were successfully removed in 140 min(range from 120~180 min).All patients did not receive blood transfusion.Two patients were transferred for open surgery.Retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy is a safe,effective method with small damage,rapid postoperative recovery,fewer complications and good prospects for clinical application.更多还原
