基于变频技术的车床切削系统数控改造设计
Transforming Designing of Cutting System in Lathe Based on Frequency Conversion Technique
【摘要】 根据主轴传动设计参数和进给系统设计参数,提出了采用交流变频系统的传动设计方案、进给系统设计方案和自动换刀系统设计方案,完成了普通车床切削系统经济型数控化改造的设计和计算。
【Abstract】 In order to transform the cutting system of CA6132’s lathe with economic Numerical Control Innovation in this paper,the alternating current technology was used about transmission,feeding and automatic form block design decision,Introduced the design program of the cutting system of the CA6132’s lathe for simple and Numerical Control Innovation,and explained the design parameter of the drive system,of the moving system,and concluded that simple and Numerical Control innovation of the cutting system for the CA6132’s lathe are practicable.
