【摘要】 介绍了山东省"鲁起重五"船主把杆起落装置,该装置的结构和原理同样可以用于其他起重船的把杆起落,也可以用于狭窄区域高大设备起落。"鲁起重五"船主把杆长30m,重18t。在原船的基础上,增加了副杆、滑动件、滑道以及配套的滑轮组和钢丝绳等设备,通过船上原有的四台锚机和一台主卷扬机,实现了主把杆的起落,解决了该船拖航前放倒把杆和到达目的港后立起把杆施工的难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces the lifting equipment of the sheer legs in "LU CRANE 5" of Shandong port Construction Co. The structure and principle of the equipment can also be applicable to other sheer legs in other crane and lifting equipment in a narrow area. The length of the sheer legs in "LU CRANE 5"is 5m and the weight is 18MT. In the same crane, using the original 4 anchors and one windlass, adding assistant legs, gliding ports, slide and assorting pulley block and steer rope, to finish the lift and drop of the sheer legs. This also solve the difficult working problem of falling down the sheer legs before pulling and erecting it while reaching the sheer legs before pulling and erecting it while reaching the destination port.更多还原
