汽油发动机合金优化设计
Optimum Design of Alloying Component in Gasoline Engine
【摘要】 以江淮汽车公司投产的新型4GA3汽油机缸体铸件作为研究对象,对主要加工面的表面硬度和关键部位的本体强度进行了分析,研究了Cr、Cu、Sn等合金元素对缸体金相组织和机械性能的影响规律。综合考虑铸件加工性能和本体强度要求,该缸体以C=3.2%~3.4%,Si=1.9%~2.1%,Mn=0.8%~0.9%,S=0.07%~0.1%,P<0.06%,Cr=0.2%~0.4%,Cu=0.6%~0.7%,Sn=0.05%~0.10%为宜。
【Abstract】 The 4GA3 engine is a new-type engine which will be put into operation recently by JAC automobile company.This paper is based on the casting of the cylinder-block,analyzing the surface hardness and key-part’s body-strength on the main machining surface,discussing the rule of Cr、Cu、Sn influence on cylinder-block’s structure and property.Considering the manufacturing property and the demand of body-strength totally,this type of cylinder-block should have the composition as follows: C=3.2-3.4%,Si=1.9-2.1%,Mn=0.8-0.9%,S=0.07-0.1%,P<0.06%,Cr=0.2-0.4%,Cu=0.6-0.7%,Sn=0.05-0.10%.
