胺法冷芯盒制芯工艺研究
Research on Tri-ethylamine Cold Box Process
【摘要】 针对高强度铸铁发动机缸体、缸盖的生产实际,对三乙胺法冷芯盒制芯工艺进行了研究,指出砂芯强度表现为随着树脂加入量的增加而增大,芯砂发气量也是如此。当要求即时强度时,树脂加入量应大于1.8%,随着组分I所占比例的增加,砂芯强度呈现先增大而后减小,而芯砂发气量不断降低的趋势。
【Abstract】 The paper is based on the production of cylinder body,cylinder head which produced from Hefei?Jianghuai Casting Co.Ltd.After studying the techniques of tri-ethylamine cold box in core-making,we can get the following results: If request the core’s first intensity,we should add the resin above 1.8 %(the intensity is 1.445MPa).Along with the element-I proportion’s increasing,the core’s intensity become enhancing at first and then coming down.The core’s intensity is maximum(the first intensity is 1.958Mpa).
