利用海带粉回收废电解液中铜的实验研究
Recovery of Copper from Waste Copper Electrolyte with Algae
【摘要】 研究了海带粉对废电解液中Cu2+的吸附行为,实验结果表明,海带粉的最佳投加量为1.5 g;在摇床转速为120 r.min-1,温度为25℃,吸附时间60 min,最佳pH为4~7条件下,对[Cu2+]=80 mg.L-1的模拟废电解液进行吸附,最大吸附率为97.8%,共存离子不会影响对Cu2+的吸附。实际废水的处理结果表明,对废电解液中Cu2+吸附率达到99.5%,其它金属离子经过吸附后也可达标排放。
【Abstract】 The absorption of Cu2+ in waste electrolyte with algae was studied.The test showed that optimal amount of the algae power was 1.5 g,the shaker speed was 120 r·min-1,pH was 4~7,the temperature was 25 ℃,the adsorption time was 60 min.Under these conditions,the adsorption rate of Cu2+ in waste electrolyte was up to 99.5%.
