对硝基苯甲酸乙酯合成研究
Study on Preparation of p-Nitro-ethyl Benzoate
【摘要】 为优化对硝基苯甲酸乙酯的合成工艺,考察了5种不同类型的催化剂对其收率及其纯度的影响,发现以硫酸氢钾为催化剂时收率最高,并对影响产率的诸因素进行了考察,得出最佳反应条件为:对硝基苯甲酸0.015mol,催化剂用量0.40 g,醇酸摩尔比4∶1,反应温度84~85℃,反应时间2.5 h,酯化反应产率高达99.53%。
【Abstract】 To optimize the preparation of p-nitro-ethyl benzoate,five different catalysts were investigated and the best result with potassium bisulfate as catalyst was obtained.The effects of catalyst amount,reactant ratio,reaction temperature and time on the yield and purity of p-nitro-ethyl benzoate were discussed.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as followed: 4-nitrobenzoic acid 0.015mol,catalyst amount 0.40 g,alcohol/acid molar ratio 4:1,reaction time 2.5 h,temperature 84~85 ℃,the yield was up to 99.53 %.
