重金属捕集剂DTC(BETA)处理含铜废水效果研究

【摘要】 以二乙烯三胺、二硫化碳为原料合成了二硫代氨基甲酸盐类重金属捕集剂DTC(BETA),分析了DTC(BE-TA)对单一含铜废水的捕集效果。结果表明:在废水pH为4~10范围内,搅拌时间为10 min,捕集剂用量为废水中Cu2+含量的9倍(质量比),不加絮凝剂时,重金属捕集剂能处理较宽浓度范围的含铜废水,Cu2+的去除率可达99%以上,处理后废水的Cu2+浓度低于0.5 mg/L,可满足国家排放标准。

【Abstract】 The heavy metal chelating agent DTC(BETA) about dithiocarbamate(DTC) derivatives was synthesized with diethylenetriamine and carbon disulfide as raw materials.The treatment effect of the chelating agent on wastewater containing Cu2+ was investigated.The results showed that the removal ratio of Cu2+ was above 99% under the following conditions: the mass ratio of the used quantity of chelating agent to Cu2+ was 9,pH was 3~10,stirring time was 10 minutes,no flocculants agent was added,and the chelating agent could treat the various wastewater containing different content of Cu2+ successfully,the contents of Cu2+in the treated wastewater was below 0.5mg/L and met the national standard for wastewater discharge.
