应用膜技术处理煮茧废液及回收丝胶蛋白研究

【摘要】 为了减少丝绸生产废水中的溶解性丝胶蛋白质造成的有机物污染,应用膜过滤技术对煮茧制丝废水进行膜分离,经纳滤后其透滤液的COD降至43 mg/L,BOD降至34 mg/L,达到排放标准要求或制丝生产用水标准,对膜截留液进行浓缩和干燥,从而得到丝胶蛋白,其回收率达86.2%~90.7%.

【Abstract】 To dispose organic matter from soluble silk glue protein in waste water from silk production,a separating technology with membrane was used to dispose waste water from silk production and to reclaim silk sericin from the waste water.After nano-filtration the COD of the filtrate was shrinked to 43 mg/L and BOD was to 34 mg/L,which were consonant with the level to discharge for waste water and to be reused as production water.The catched liquid by the membrane was concentrated and dried,so that the sericin was produced with recovery of 86.2%~90.7%.
