【摘要】 为开展郁金药材中姜黄素类成分的研究,确立了姜黄素的优化提取条件,建立了姜黄素的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。结果表明,以60%乙醇回流,15倍药材溶剂量,提取时间1 h,提取次数1次对姜黄素的提取较完全;姜黄素在0.02648~0.26480μg范围内线性关系良好;精密度、稳定性和重复性的RSD均小于2%,平均加样回收率为99.73%,RSD为1.41%。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the content of Curcuma louga L.by HPLC,the most proper extraction condition for Curumin in Curcuma louga L.was studied.The experiment results indicate that the best extraction method is to keep the distilling content of 60% ethanol 15 times to Curcuma louga L and to keep distilling time within 1 h every time.After been distilled for 1 time,it is extracted totally.The content of curumin was linear between 0.026 48～0.264 80 μg.The RSD of recurring,stabilization and precision were less than 2%.The recovery was 99.73% and RSD was 1.41%.更多还原
