【摘要】 对自然感染雉异刺线虫(heterakis isolonche)而死亡的红腹角雉进行剖检和病理组织学观察,结果发现病变主要在盲肠。可见盲肠肿大,浆膜面有结节,黏膜增厚,表面凹凸不平,散在有出血点和坏死灶;盲肠病理组织学变化主要为出血,固有层有大量单核细胞浸润,形成慢性弥漫性盲肠炎;黏膜下层坏死区出现胆固醇裂缝;新生的肉芽组织包围虫体形成包囊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gross lesions and histopathological changes were observed in tragopan temminckii that infected naturally by H isolonche. The results showed that pathological change mainly occurred in the cecum. Gross lesions were characterized as cecum turgescence, thickening, petechial haemorrhages and erosion of the mucosa, and nodules in the serosa. The examination of cecal histological sections were characterized as hemorrhage, diffuse chronic typhlitis with mononuclear cells infiltrate in the lamina propria, necrotic areas with cholesterol clefts in the submucosa, and H isolonche worms were arounded with neoplastic nodules.更多还原
