【Abstract】 Ursodeoxycholic acid is a hydrophilic bile acid which was originally applied for the dissolution cholesterol gallstones.With more understanding in its pharmacological properties,ursodeoxycholic acid has been widely recognized to have a therapeutic role in various liver diseases.In this paper,the application of ursodeoxycholic acid in cholestatic liver diseases has been discussed.更多还原
