几种反义技术治疗胃癌的研究进展
Advances of several antisense methods for the treatment of stomach cancer
【摘要】 研究表明,胃癌的形成与人端粒酶、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)、bcl-2在胃癌细胞中的过表达密切相关。通过人端粒酶、HSP70、cyclin D1、bcl-2的反义基因可对其本身在胃癌细胞中的表达加以限制,从而达到治疗胃癌的目的。
【Abstract】 Researches indicate that the stomach cancer formation has a close correlation with the high expression of the human telomerase, hot shock protein 70 (HSP70), cell cycle element D1(cyclin D1),bcl-2 in the stomach cancer cells. Using the human telomerase, HSP70, cyclin D1, bcl-2 antisense gene to limit themselves’ expression in the stomach cancer cells and achieve the goal of stomach cancer therapy.
