交感神经系统在肝纤维化发生发展中的作用

【摘要】 肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病所共有的病理改变,其特点是以胶原为主的细胞外间质成分在肝内过度沉积。交感神经系统参与控制和调节机体各系统器官的活动,以维持机体与内、外界环境的相对平衡。同样,交感神经系统也参与对肝脏的调控,尤其最近有关交感神经系统在肝纤维化以及肝脏再生方面的调节作用已得到广泛证实,为进一步明确肝纤维化发生发展的机制打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 The hepatic fibrosis is a common process of pathology change in various chronic liver diseases.Its characteristic is that extracellular matrix mainly composed of collagen accumulated excessively in the liver.The sympathetic nervous system participates to control and adjust the activity of organism.So that it can maintain relative equilibrium between organism and the internal environment as well as the external environment.Similarly,the sympathetic nervous system also participates to the liver function regulation.And recently,the regulative effect of the sympathetic nervous system in hepatic fibrosis and the liver regeneration has been widely proved.It provides solid foundation for further understanding the mechanisms underlying the development of hepatic fibrosis.
