【摘要】 近年来,随着根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗的普遍开展,Hp根除治疗方案失败率逐渐上升,究其原因可能与根除方案的药物组成、治疗疗程与药物剂量欠合理、出现抗生素耐药以及Hp菌株本身特性、患者自身因素等有关,防治对策包括严格掌握Hp根除的指征、规范化治疗、根据患者具体情况使用补救方案,并应开发新的治疗方法如光动力学治疗、Hp治疗性疫苗等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The failure rate of Hp eradication is increasing after the prevalence treatment of Hp infection.There are some causes of this failure,such as: the unreasonable components,dosage and duration of therapy plan,the antimicrobial resistance and biological character of Hp,the character of the patients.The emphasis of prevention programs of anti-Hp therapy existed in controlling indication,making standardized and individually treatment,and some new measures,such as: photodynamic therapy,therapeutic vaccine against Hp.更多还原
