【摘要】 目的了解流动人口中已婚男性生殖健康服务的获得情况,为制定生殖健康服务管理措施提供依据。方法采用完全随机和整群抽样相结合的方法,对流动人口已婚男性974人进行问卷调查。结果不同文化程度的男性获得避孕工具的方式及选择获得避孕药具的途径存在差异,多数流动人口对现居住地的生殖健康保健服务评价较低。结论亟需加强和完善流入地对流动人口已婚男性的生殖健康服务,强化对流动人口已婚男性宣教力度和广度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the conditions of reproductive health services acquired in rural-urban migrant males and to provide the basis for policy making.Methods 974 rural-urban migrant married males were surveyed face-to-face by using the questionnaire.Result the approaches getting reproductive health services such as contraceptive tools and drugs were various for respondents with different educational levels,the assessment on reproductive health service was not good.Conclusion The reproductive health services to migrant males in the immigrating place should be strengthened and improved,the health education of reproductive health in rural-urban migrant males should be strengthened.更多还原
