微小RNA调控靶基因作用机制的研究进展
Progresses on the study of microRNA′s regulation mechanism
【摘要】 微小RNA是一类通过转录后调控机制对基因进行调控的非编码的短链RNA。研究发现微小RNA的功能涉及多种生物学过程,与肿瘤的发生、发展和多种疾病密切相关。本文就微小RNA形成过程及对靶基因调控机制的研究进展作一综述。
【Abstract】 MicroRNAs are a series of short non-coding RNAs that can regulate the expressions of protein-coding genes posttranscriptionally. Their functions are related to many biology progresses and diseases including tumor. The review tries to do a short introduction of the research progresses on the regulation mechanism of microRNAs.
