脱水污泥对美人蕉生长的影响
Effects of dewatered sludge on growth of Canna indica
【摘要】 利用脱水污泥种植美人蕉(Canna indica),通过不同污泥和土壤的配比研究污泥对美人蕉生长的影响,主要从美人蕉的长势,美人蕉叶片中重金属含量和美人蕉的生理生态指标进行分析.结果表明,完全采用污泥进行种植,美人蕉无法生长;完全采用土壤,美人蕉长势不良;在试验条件下,随着污泥量的增加,美人蕉长势更好;叶绿素荧光参数分析表明,污泥施用不会对美人蕉产生胁迫作用,相反在美人蕉生长过程中添加污泥有利于植株的生长.
【Abstract】 The effects of different sludge percentage in soil on the plant biomass were investigated by measuring the contents of heavy metals and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the plants of Canna indica. It was found that the growth of the C. indica was completely inhibited in the whole sludge content soil and they could not grow well in the soil without sludge. The results also showed that the biomass and heavy metal contents in leaves increased with the increasing of sludge contents in soil between certain ranges. The analysis of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that sludge did no obvious harm to C. indica and a certain sludge added to soil could promote the growth of C. indica.
