【摘要】 通过国内某钢厂KR搅拌头破损状况与在线修补的现场调研,分析了影响搅拌头修补使用效果的主要原因,提出了修补料合适的性能要求。通过修补料的原材料选择分析、实验研究和工业性试验,获得了性能优良的搅拌头在线修补料。通过与研制的搅拌头专用浇注料配合使用的工业性试验与实际推广应用,使搅拌头平均使用寿命提高到730次/支以上,达到了降低搅拌头维护量与脱硫成本的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Main reasons affecting the applied results of mending materials on KR stirrer were analyzed and the appropriate performance of mending materials were put forward via locale examination at No.2 Steel Plant of WISCO.The mending materials with excellent performance were obtained through strict choice of raw materials,laboratory and industrial experiments.The life of stirrer has been prolonged to above 730 tank/single in industrial tests and production application.The aim to reduce the maintenance work of stirrer online and desulphurization cost has been realized.更多还原
