【Abstract】 In order to aggregate the traffic of the asynchronous packet switching networks efficiently, we put forward a new encapsulation algorithm to smooth the burst of the traffic. The algorithm breaks out of the drawbacks of the traditional way and adds D to the algorithm as the delay control factor and then gets a good traffic smoothing performance.更多还原
