高过载下固体发动机内Al2O3粒子运动状况的数值模拟

【摘要】 针对φ127 mm、φ315 mm试验发动机及大长细比发动机工作状态和结构特点,开展了燃烧室内三维两相流流动数值模拟,分析了横向和纵向加速度载荷对各种发动机燃烧室内粒子场和聚集带的影响。计算结果表明,不同轴向、横向过载对粒子的聚集位置、聚集浓度、冲击角度、速度有很大影响,轴向过载不变情况下,随着横向过载增大,粒子冲击速度减小、冲击角度增大、冲击位置前移,但粒子聚集浓度变化规律与轴向过载大小有关;药柱结构对发动机内粒子聚集也有很大影响,不同的药柱结构,过载的影响规律不同。

【Abstract】 Aiming at working condition and configuration characteristics of φ127 mm motor,φ315 mm motor and full scale motors with big slenderness ratio,3D two-phase flow in the chamber of three kinds of motors was numerically simulated,and the effects of axial and transverse acceleration load on particle field and agglomeration bond in the chamber of three kinds of motors were analyzed.The results show that the effects of different axial and transverse overload on the agglomeration location,concentration,impact angle and velocity of particles are significant.Under the same axial overload,with the increase of transverse overload,impact velocity of the particles decreases,impact angle increases,and impact location comes forward,but agglomeration concentration of the particles is related to axial overload.Grain structure has great effect on particle agglomeration in the motor.For different grain structure,the effect of overload is different.
