【摘要】 目的归纳人参在《伤寒杂病论》中的运用规律。方法以白云阁藏本《伤寒杂病论》十六卷为研究内容,统计100条人参相关条文和61首非重复人参方。结论适用人参的病种有伤寒六经病、六淫为病、杂病、妇人病。适应证是津伤气耗诸症,多发生于汗、吐、下之后。常见的症状有呕吐、泻利、发热、口渴、汗出、心下痞鞕、烦躁、虚羸少气等。功效为益气生津。常用剂量是三两和二两。与人参常配伍的药有甘草、干姜、大枣、半夏、附子、生姜、黄连、黄芩、白术、茯苓、石膏、芍药等。常见配伍组合有人参、甘草;人参、半夏、甘草、生姜、大枣;人参、附子、干姜、甘草;人参、干姜、白术、甘草;人参、石膏、知母、甘草,等等。方剂组成味数是4味至7味。代表性方剂有小柴胡汤、半夏泻心汤、理中汤、四逆汤、白虎加人参汤等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To induce the law of applying ginseng in Treatise on febrile and miscellaneous diseases.Methods Analyzed 100 articles and 61 formulas on ginseng in 16 chapters of Treatise on febrile and miscellaneous diseases.Conclusion Ginseng can be applied in six channels diseases of Shanghan,diseases of six climatic conditions in excess as pathogenic factors,miscellaneous and diseases of women.The indications is the syndromes of injury of jin and exhaustion of qi which often occur after perspiration,vomiting or diarrhoea.The frequent symptoms include vomiting,diarrhea,fever,thirst,sweating,epigastric fullness and rigidity,restlessness,debilitation and asthenia qi.Its efficacy is nourishing qi to generate fluid.The commonly used doses are 3 Liang and 2 Liang.Ginseng can often be used with drugs such as liquorice,dried ginger,Chinese date,pinellia tuber,prepared aconite root,fresh ginger,goldthread root,baikal skullcap root,largehead atractylodes rhizome,Indian bread,gypsum,paeonia and so on.The formulas including ginseng often have 4 to 7 drugs and the classic formulas are Xiaochaihu Decoction,Banxiaxiexin Decoction,Lizhong Decoction,Sini Decoction,Baihu Decoction with Ginseng,et al.更多还原
