【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺汽化电切镜治疗女性膀胱颈增生的临床效果。方法采用27F Olympus前列腺汽化电切镜,经尿道行女性膀胱颈增生汽化电切术,切除膀胱颈3～9点增生组织,深度一般在0.5cm～1cm,使6点处于三角区相持平。结果本组32例手术均成功。手术时间5～20min,平均15min,术中术后未出现明显并发症。全部病例术后排尿通畅,尿线增粗。术后随访三月测剩余尿<50mL,最大尿流率均>20mL/s,症状消失无复发。结论前列腺汽化电切镜治疗女性膀胱颈增生具有创伤小、出血少、手术时间短、术后恢复快等优点,是一种治疗女性膀胱颈增生的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical treatment effect of prostate electrovaporization-ablation for the female bladder neck hyperplasia.Methods Using 27 F Olympus prostate endoscopic,transurethral electro-vaporization were applied in the treatment of the female bladder neck hyperplasia,3-9 spot bladder neck hyperplasia were resected,which the ablation depth general was 0.5～1cm,and this made 6 spot in the flat with triangular area.Results The surgery in 32 cases were all successful,which the operation time was 5- 20 minutes,average 15 minutes,and had no complications during operative or postoperative.All patients were normosthenuria and urinary line was thickening.The residual urine<50 ml and maximal urine flow rate>20 ml / s measured after followed up for 3 monthes to patients,symptoms disappeared and without recurrence.Conclusion Prostate electrovaporization-ablation for the female bladder neck hyperplasia had the advantage of mild trauma,less bleeding,shorter operative time,and quick recovery,it is an effective way for treatment of female bladder neck hyperplasia.更多还原
