锅炉刚玉质卫燃带结渣特性实验研究
Experiment Study of Slagging Characteristics Between Coal Ash and Corundum Fire-resistant Board of Boiler
【摘要】 采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对氧化性气氛下典型粉煤灰样在刚玉质耐火板材上的结渣样进行了测试,并对渣样的形貌及物相特性进行了分析研究。结果表明:氧化性环境中灰渣成分将出现偏聚现象,过渡族金属元素由于具有多种稳定的离子结合键,因此其晶体的键价具有尽可能使结渣过程中的结合能达到最低的状态,从而形成富集区;富集区与渣中其它位置处的结合性能存在较大的差异,加之其微观结构体现出疏松的枝状结构,阻碍了渣板以及灰渣内部的结合,有利于提高耐火板的抗结渣性能;与此同时,耐火板中的Cr具有明显的偏聚倾向,而且偏聚程度越高,导致同一种灰样在相同的烧结环境中结晶度越高,从而使得烧结灰样玻璃态物相减少,进一步提高了耐火板的抗结渣性能。
【Abstract】 In order to study the slagging characteristics between coal ash and corundum fire-resistant board in oxidation atmosphere,the microstructure,phase compositions and fracture morphology of the slagged specimen were investigated by X-ray Diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Energy Dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that the transition metals have manifold electrovalent bonds,the chemical bond of their crystals can make the binding energy tend to minimum,so,the composition of transition metals enrich together,and segregate occurs in the ash compositions.The enrichment zone is with dendrite structure,and different with the other zone of slag in binding performance,which counterwork the combinability in the ash or between the ash and the fire-resistant board.At the same time chromium in the fire-resistant board conglomerate in the enrichment zone,and the crystallization of ash will increase by the enhancing of enrichment intensity,which decrease vitreous phase in sintered ash,and is favorable to improve slagging resistance of fire-resistant board.
