风口加压节水装置在安钢3号高炉应用
The Application of Pressurized Blast Hole Water-Saving Device of 3BF in Anyang Steel
【摘要】 对安钢3号高炉炉体冷却强度不足原因进行了分析,并对炉体冷却系统的改造经验进行了总结。通过安装风口加压节水装置,提高了炉腹、炉腰部位的冷却强度,满足了高炉高强度冶炼的需要,达到了增压节水和延长炉体寿命的目的。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses the cause of inadequate intensity of cooling of the furnace shaft of 3BF of Anyang’Steel.Further more,it concludes the rebuiding experience of the furnace shaft cooling system.By installing the pressurized blast hole water-saving device,the cooling intensity at the furnace belly and bosh is increased,which meets the need of high-intensity of blast furnace smelting.Therefore,cooling water is saved by increaced pressure,and the life of the furnace shaft is lenghened.
