EGSB反应器同步脱除废水中碳、氮、硫的研究

【摘要】 为进一步证实同步脱除废水中碳、氮、硫的可行性,采用EGSB反应器,以产甲烷颗粒污泥为接种污泥,分别考察了不同硫化物浓度和不同碳氮比条件下,EGSB反应器对碳、氮、硫的同步脱除效果。结果表明,控制系统的水力停留时间为10 h、C∶N∶S为1∶1∶1(物质的量之比),当进水硫化物为200~800 mg/L时,EGSB反应器能够实现碳、氮、硫的同步脱除,且脱除效果较好,去除的硫化物全部转化为单质硫,硝酸盐全部反硝化为氮气,乙酸盐转化为二氧化碳。此外,一定程度的碳氮比变化对EGSB反应器的运行效果影响较小。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the feasibility of simultaneous removal of carbon,nitrogen and sulfur from wastewater,EGSB reactor inoculated with methanogenic granular sludge was used to study their removal efficiencies under the conditions of different influent sulfide concentrations and different C/N ratios.The results indicate that the reactor can realize simultaneous effective removal of carbon,nitrogen and sulfur when the HRT is 10 h,C ∶N ∶S(molar ratio) is 1 ∶1 ∶1,and the influent sulfide concentration is 200 to 800 mg/L.All sulfides are oxidized to elemental sulfur,all nitrates are reduced to nitrogen,and all acetates are converted to carbon dioxide.Meanwhile,there is no effect of C/N ratios on the reactor performance.
