低温下一体式膜生物反应器处理城市污水研究

【摘要】 采用一体式膜生物反应器处理城市污水,对不同温度下的运行特性进行了研究。结果表明,在低温(4~10℃)条件下,膜生物反应器在有效去除有机物的同时能达到较好的脱氮除磷效果。进水COD为198~288.3 mg/L,出水COD为16~34.2 mg/L,去除率为88.19%~96.89%;进水TN为27.85~52.62 mg/L,出水TN为18.45~34.46 mg/L,去除率为20.81%~48.04%;进水TP为3.08~5.56 mg/L,去除率为65.05%~79.07%。当温度>15℃时,在进水COD为161.3~453.4 mg/L的条件下,出水COD为8.32~21.9 mg/L,对COD的去除率最高可达99.08%;进水TN为22.52~57.9 mg/L,出水TN为16.31~24.49 mg/L,去除率为30%~40%;进水TP平均为4.48 mg/L,出水TP大部分在1.0 mg/L以下,去除率为51.5%~93.22%。可见,在低温条件下出水水质仍基本上满足生活杂用水水质要求。

【Abstract】 The integrated membrane bioreactor was used to treat municipal wastewater,and its operation characteristics at different temperatures were investigated.The results indicate that the organic matters,nitrogen and phosphorus can be simultaneously removed efficiently at 4 to 10 ℃.At this temperature,when the influent concentrations of COD,TN and TP are 198 to 288.3 mg/L,27.85 to 52.62 mg/L and 3.08 to 5.56 mg/L,the removal rates of COD,TP,TN are 88.19% to 96.89%,20.81% to 48.04% and 65.05% to 79.07%,and the effluent concentrations of COD and TN are 16 to 34.2 mg/L and 18.45 to 34.46 mg/L respectively.At the temperature of above 15 ℃,when the influent concentrations of COD,TN and TP are 161.3 to 453.4 mg/L,22.52 to 57.9 mg/L and 4.48 mg/L,the effluent concentrations of COD,TN and TP are 8.32 to 21.9 mg/L,16.31 to 24.49 mg/L and less than 1.0 mg/L,and the removal rates of COD,TN and TP are 99.08%,30% to 40% and 51.5% to 93.22% respectively.Thus,the effluent quality at low temperature meets domestic water quality standard for miscellaneous water consumption.
