一体式膜生物反应器的脱氮除磷效能研究

【摘要】 采用一体式膜生物反应器处理城市生活污水,考察了不同溶解氧浓度下的脱氮除磷效果。结果表明,在低溶解氧条件下,膜生物反应器在有效去除有机物的同时还取得了较好的脱氮除磷效果。当控制反应器内溶解氧为0.5mg/L左右时,进水COD为342~2500mg/L,出水COD平均为31.71mg/L,对COD的去除率可达95%以上;进水TP为4.08~31.45mg/L,出水TP<0.5mg/L,平均去除率为96%;进水TN为30.55~91.34mg/L,对TN的平均去除率>70%。当溶解氧>2mg/L时,进水COD为161.3~453.4mg/L,出水COD为8.32~21.9mg/L,去除率最高可达99.08%;进水TN为22.52~57.9mg/L,出水TN为16.31~24.49mg/L,对TN的去除率大多为30%~40%;进水TP平均为4.48mg/L,出水TP大部分在1.0mg/L以上,去除率为48.07%~93.22%。

【Abstract】 The integrated membrane bioreactor was used to treat municipal domestic sewage,and the removal effects of nitrogen and phosphorus under different dissolved oxygen(DO)concentrations were investigated.The results show that under low DO condition,the bioreactor can remove organic matters,nitrogen and phosphorus effectively.When the DO concentration is about 0.5 mg/L,under the condition of influent COD of 342 to 2 500 mg/L and TP of 4.08 to 31.45 mg/L,the removal rates of COD and TP are more than 95% and 96% with effluent COD of 31.71 mg/L and TP of less than 0.5 mg/L.Under the condition of influent TN of 30.55 to 91.34 mg/L,the removal rate of TN is more than 70%.When the DO concentration is more than 2 mg/L,under the condition of influent COD of 161.3 to 453.4 mg/L,TN of 22.52 to 57.9 mg/L and TP of 4.48 mg/L,the removal rates of COD,TN and TP are 99.08%,30% to 40% and 48.07% to 93.22% with the effluent COD of 8.32 to 21.9 mg/L,TN of 16.31 to 24.49 mg/L and TP of more than 1.0 mg/L.
