热水集中供应系统自控节能技术的应用

【摘要】 为实现生活热水集中供应系统的自动化节能控制,以变频器作为驱动单元,设计了一套变频调速自动补水系统,可根据用户用水量的变化及时调整补充水量以维持热水压力稳定。同时设计了一套热水温度自控系统,通过调整用汽量维持系统热水温度恒定。实际运行表明,整个系统自动化程度高,节能效果显著,长期运行稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the automatic energy saving control for centralized hot water supply system,an automatic make-up water system with frequency conversion speed regulation was designed using frequency converter as driving unit.The constant hot water supply pressure can be maintained by timely adjusting make-up water quantity according to the change of water consumption.A hot water temperature control system was designed to maintain the constant hot water temperature through throttle governing steam quantity.The practical operation shows that the whole system has high automatic degree,remarkable energy-saving effect and stable and reliable long-time operation.
