生物滤塔去除污泥脱水车间臭气的研究
Study on Biological Filter Tower for Removing Odor from Sludge Dewatering Room
【摘要】 采用生物滤塔去除污泥脱水车间的臭气,生产性试验结果表明,混合填料挂膜迅速,经过26d即可挂膜成功。在连续运行过程中,生物滤塔对NH3的平均去除率为56.37%,对H2S的平均去除率为99.83%,对甲硫醇的平均去除率为39.83%。出气中NH3和H2S的最高浓度分别为0.058mg/m3和0.002mg/m3,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级标准。
【Abstract】 The biological filter tower was applied to remove odor from sludge dewatering room.The results of full-scale experiment show that the biofilm formation of the mixed media is rapid,and the biofilm can successfully be formed within 26 days.The average removal rates of NH3,H2S and methyl mercaptan are 56.37%,99.83% and 39.83% respectively.The highest NH3 and H2S concentrations in effluent gas are 0.058 mg/m3 and 0.002 mg/m3 respectively,reaching the first level criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
