采用海藻酸钠固定化微生物技术处理甲醇废水

【摘要】 将海藻酸钠固定化活性污泥制成颗粒小球,以流化床反应器对甲醇废水进行处理。试验结果表明:在溶解氧为6.6~6.9 mg/L的条件下,固定化小球与废水的体积比为30∶1 000,温度为30~40℃,pH值为5.0~9.0是最佳的工况。在此条件下,当进水COD<722.2 mg/L,进水甲醇<307.4 mg/L时,对COD的去除率>85%,对甲醇的去除率可达到90%左右。

【Abstract】 The activated sludge immobilized with sodium alginate was prepared into pellets to treat methanol wastewater in fluidized bed reactor.The results show that when the dissolved oxygen is 6.6 to 6.9 mg/L,the optimal conditions are that the volumetric ratio of immobilized microbe pellets to wastewater is 30 ∶1 000,the temperature is 30 to 40 ℃ and pH is 5.0 to 9.0.Under these conditions,when the influent COD and methanol are less than 722.2 mg/L and 307.4 mg/L respectively,the removal rates of COD and methanol are more than 85% and about 90%.
