白土—活性污泥法处理煤气废水的试验研究

【摘要】 采用白土—活性污泥工艺处理煤气废水,在白土投加量约为1 000 mg/L、活性污泥反应器的水力停留时间为24 h、污泥回流比为1∶1、泥龄为25 d的条件下,系统对总酚和COD的去除率均在80%左右,对氨氮的去除率为20%~40%。反应器内污泥浓度为4 000~5 000 mg/L,污泥沉降性能良好。白土的价格低廉且可回收,投加白土不会过多地增加处理成本。

【Abstract】 Carclazyte/activated sludge process was applied for coal gasification wastewater treatment.under the conditions of carclazyte dosage of 1 000 mg/L,HRT of activated sludge reactor of 24 h,reflux ratio of 1 ∶1 and SRT of 25 d,the removal rates of total phenols and COD are both about 80%,and the removal rate of NH3-N is 20% to 40%.MLSS in the reactor is 4 000 to 5 000 mg/L,and the sludge has better settleability.The cost of carclazyte is cheap and it can be recovered,so adding carclazyte into the activated sludge reactor will not increase the treatment cost considerablely.
