【Abstract】 By replacing the high-cost special reagents of HACH with the self-prepared digestion solution, the spectrophotometry was used to determine COD concentration in sewage. The various factors influencing the determination results were investigated, and the optimal operation conditions were determined. The comparative test results show that this method has no significant differences with the standard method, and is suitable for determination of COD in sewage.更多还原
